Great little switch for the price
If you are looking for a solid, low cost switch with POE and density - this D-Link is hard to beat. This one is used to power 10 IP phones and a hand ful of router / AP and workstation connections. It has full VLAN / QoS support though in smaller installations they are probably not needed. Installation is a snap and runs great with base configuration out of the box.

I have several dlink switches. All 24 port. This one is twice as loud as any of the others. Other than that it's worked great like all the dlink switches I've owned.

Works great noisy as all heck
Works great noisy as all heck, this was installed in residential setting. Customer put up with it, but I wanted to send it back. I have a few installed in commercial settings where they are great.
