This is the BEST large button phone that I've ever own
This is the BEST large button phone that I've ever own! I have bought several phone that was "suppose" to be large...but wasn't. I've had to ship them back or just "eat" the cost, but not with this particular phone. This one not only is easy to use but it actually "speak" the messages out loud without having to dial up in order to listen to your messages when you're within reach, other wise you may use your menu and listen to your stored messages...what a big surprise!GO BIG PHONE!!!!

Batteries died after 3 months and won’t charge
I purchased this phone for my 91 year old father. He was able to use it which was great but the batteries stopped charging just shy of 3 months. They should have lasted longer than that with the price that was paid. I have contacted the seller to see if they will replace the batteries for me.

Great product with a poorly written manual for pairing additional bases.
I purchased this phone over one year ago, and it is exactly as described. Performs very well. I have only two suggestions for the manufacturer. I just purchased an additional handset. The actual process for pairing the new handset with the existing base is easy enough, but the persons who wrote the manual did a horrible job describing the process. At points they don't make it clear which "base" they are referring to (the existing base or the new base), and they don't tell us where to find the "FIND" button--which is hidden under the existing handset on the existing base. Please improve the manual. Also, I had to purchase the additional handset directly from the manufacturer because these are not sold on Amazon. Suggest they be available through Amazon.
