Merrell Women Moab 2 Mid GTX Running Shoes

I bought these walking boots initially for the cotswolds way that we will be walking in August. I went for comfort rather than water proofing as over the years I have had many different types makes and models of boots and they have all let in a certain amount of water. I have just been on my first walk in them it was 6 miles of bog, mud and water, my feet were completely dry when I took them off at home so have to say THEY ARE WATER PROOF despite some of the reviews I have read.I am a size 7 foot but had to send the first ones back as slightly too small. I then ordered a 7.5 which is a perfect fit plenty of room. Delivery was prompt and on schedule. So when ordering I would suggest getting a size bigger.The boot itself is lightweight compared to some other brand. But when on appear to be strong, sturdy and provides foot and ankles with good support and structure. Very comfortable.

Bought new for a hiking holiday in Cornwall, but a lot of miles into them on the South West coast path in pretty savage conditions, boots held up amazingly had no issues, no blisters, comfortable straight out the box. Only slight issue didn’t find the grip the best on wet rocks but that might be expected.

These are super comfy boots, with excellent ankle support, just right for walking in the Welsh mountains. My last pair split on the little toe after just 8 months, but I am buying a second pair as Merrell's are so much better than other brands, and I'm just hoping the same thing doesn't happen again.They are in no way waterproof. I spray them with a protector spray every few weeks, but my feet get soaked if I have to walk in the long grass.

These boots have proven to be very comfortable from first wear. Worn so far on a ski trip and for multiple dog walks in the fields and hills. Reasonably generous sizing - I’m usually a 5.5-6 so I ordered a size 6 and there’s plenty of room even with thick socks.

When my first pair of these boots gave up the ghost recently after many years of sterling service I simply ordered another pair as I could not be bothered to waste my time searching for an alternative walking boot that was equally as good at the price.These are waterproof yet lightweight and SO comfortable. It was like putting on a pair of slippers !Unlike some boots they come up high enough at the back to stop unwanted grit and stones coming inside.The range of colours is good. Cannot see me buying any other boot when these wear out.

I had concerns that these may not be the genuine article but as they were not cheap, I took a gamble, Lovely footwear, light and incredibly comfy with the best wide foot toe box which I needed, however the first pair I bought, I wore initially indoors and noticed that the right foot kept clicking as if there was a fault in the sole. I sent them back and reordered. Second pair appeared ok but after wearing outside 3 or 4 times, one foot and then the other developed a slight clicking in the soles. Annoying when on a quiet walk. Now I am not sure if they are the genuine article as I cannot imagine Merrell would make them that way so disappointed hence the 3 stars.

Had these almost three years now. They were a great fit for my wide feet and comfortable straight out of the box.

I bought to wear on excursions on a cruise. Ended up loving them so much wore them everyday I got off the ship whether hiking or not. Great shoes and so comfortable. The arch support is good and they are very lightweight but seems to be really durable! Highly recommend but I did size up by one size and fit was perfect

Very lightweight and comfortable. This is my second pair. Love the tread on the bottom. These are a summer boot as they have zero traction on ice.

Ik was heel blij met deze wandelschoenen. Ik wandel 4x per week 9 km door normaal Nederlands landschap, onder verschillende weersomstandigheden. Ze lopen super, alleen zijn ze nu, na een jaar, al gescheurd en niet meer waterdicht. 5 sterren voor het voetbed, 1 ster voor duurzaamheid.

Diesen Schuh hatte ich vor 15 Jahren schon einmal gekauft. Bis vor zwei Jahren hat er gehalten, wobei er oft getragen wurde. Ich habe ihn mir wieder gekauft, weil er ein super Fußbett hat und mega bequem ist. Ich glaube in 15 Jahren werde ich ihn mir wieder kaufen.☺️
