WORKING Gutter Getter Gutter Scoop [Misc.]

I find that, at least with my gutters which are often muddy from the tropical climate and frequent rain, this scoop pushes the waste without actually filling... so I have to push the waste with this and then fill it by scooping the waste into it with my hand. Still better than not having one. I just ordered a second one to use in place of my hand because I am not fond of critters that tend to thrive in muddy gutters. If you are less busy than I and are more punctual with your gutter cleaning then one might still suffice. Though at such a low price... it doesn't have to have an extra one either way.

I could fall on either side of the fence with this product. On one hand, it helped me reach further, thus decreasing how often I need to move the ladder to clean out the gutters.On the other hand, this scoop is slightly too wide to fit into a standard gutter, scoop, and pull it back out without turning it sideways first. The problem lies in that most roofs I have come across overlap with the edge of the gutter about an inch. This gutter scoop is almost exactly the width of a standard gutter, so when you take that lip on the roof into account, the scoop no longer fits perfectly.Not quite the answer I was looking for, but not a terrible product either.

This is just the right size for my gutters and easily scoops up the mud and roof gravel that ends up settling in the trough. I wish the handle hole was better designed for hanging. I gave up trying to hang it and put it on my shelf.

It worked fine as a scoop on one of my gutters. The other set was a bit too narrow for it. Eliminates having to touch the goop and you can sling a scoopful over to the refuse from atop a ladder. It was fun to see if you could make a basket with your flip.

The scoop does its job as advertised. Plastic was a bit thinner then expected, then again it needs to be pliable to fit into the gutter, so in retrospect it's an optimized design.

My husband used this to clean out the gutters and he said that it was helpful, easy to use and worth purchasing. We have passed it on to our brother-in-law to use on his gutters. Great idea.

It fit pretty well between shingles and the edge of the gutter, also the cut-away lets you get under the gutter supports. The scooping edge is thin but pretty tough and is great for scooping debris into the scoop and not just pushing it. Overall, very pleased with the product.

This device made cleaning out my gutters much faster. You still have to work it, if you, as I tend to do, only think about cleaning the gutters before the next rainy season, (Southern California), which means around October, which means... once a year...If you end up with granular remnants of the roof in the gutters, like I do, this device works great. If you only have pine needles, leaves, etc., you can probably just grab them and throw them in a bucket, they stick together.Worked great, the shape is great. Very happy with purchase.
