Great product
Great sugar free alternative. Taste is good and the price is on point.

Great tasting
Tastes great, texture is good and mixes easily. The name brands do seem to have a slightly stronger flavor. I prefer the sweetener and other ingredients used in this product over the name brands. I will definitely purchase from now on. Does not raise my blood glucose levels or negatively impact my A1C. I mix with either half and half or ideally heavy cream.

Pretty Darned Good Pudding!
This is really good if you are on one of those high protein diets and sort of dying for something sweet and custardy/puddingy. If you take the time to mixer it for the full 5 minutes, it gets thicker than one might ever imagine it would. You should go ahead to get the best effect and put it in the freezer for a bit. I use Land-o'-Lakes Fat-free Half & Half, but first I add one container of Premier Protein vanilla flavor, and I add a dash of vanilla and around a third of a teaspoon of Now Stevia powder. One really important thing is to dump the mix into your deep bowl, dump in the liquid, either one --doesn't matter, and IMMEDIATELY mix/blend the powder and the liquid! Otherwise, it clumps no matter how much you mix it afterward. I learned this the hard way. As far as flavors, I like the vanilla best, the butterscotch quite well, and am not very fond of the chocolate. And, I do recommend adding things like the extra vanilla extract and stevia to suit your taste. Last thing, I tried mixing different pudding flavors together. ..didn't like the result tastewise. Very last thing, you can use two or more packages as long as you add sufficient liquid. I mention this in case you are a real pudding pig, and I, of course, am not admitting to being one!

Almost great
I love that it's sugar and aspartame free. It mixes very well. So far I've only tried butterscotch and I'm eager to try others. The only thing that I have a problem with is the taste. There is just a hint of butterscotch flavor. Honestly, it could be basic custard and I couldn't tell the difference. Otherwise it's fine.

Good, but ...I òi
I like this, but I wish it was just a bit more lemony. I know it's lemon when I taste it, but I don't KNOW it's lemon!

Good Tasting
Really good sugar free pudding. Pricey but tastes great. I use it to make my protein shakes.

Flavor was awful
I tried the banana flavor prepared according to directions. It was completely unedible. When I fixed it with creamcheese I could choke it down but at 40 g of carb per package, why bother? I tried some of the vanilla flavor as part of the flour replacement in a low carb cake. It changed the flavor to bitter and metalic whereas flavored protein powder works great. I hate to waste food but I don't think it qualifies as food, at this point.

Tasty
I have tried the butterscotch and banana flavors. The flavors are just perfect. The texture is lighter than a regular instant pudding. It mixes easily with milk and sets up within 5 minutes. Very light and refreshing to find a pudding not loaded with artificial sweeteners and fillers. I will be definitely adding this to my "go to list"
