What is best the hot or this cold cream in the same brand?what is the difference?can i use with a neoprene tank waist trainer instead of plastic wrap?

Hi Alex,In my opinion both products are very good, depends on your preference and if your body is more receptive to cold or hot. I normally combine both together due to one of the main ingredient for the Hot is "Algae" and one of the main ingredient for the Cold is "Green Tea", it is a perfect combination for the purpose- slimming, fat burner, skin firming, anti-cellulite . It can be use with waist trainer as well - ( do not exceed 30-60 mns).

How cold is this product in temperature?

HIt is a room temperature product. The sensation on your skin, feels cold as if you were applying an ice pack... That's why it called 'COLD CRYO' as Cryo Therapy... For some people is fine, and it's cold for others.... I personally LOVE this product, it really works!!!

how does you apply this cream

Hello Clifford, you can apply and spread with a smooth massage over the desired part of the body, ( arms, legs, stomach, buttocks and back) until it absorbs into your skin. Make sure to wash your hands with soap and water after use.Thank you!

Can you sleep with it and wrap

You can leave the Cold Cryo on with out the wrap. The Wrap is only recommended to use it for no more then two hours...
