Comfy mat for yoga & lovely colour

Super yoga mat, not as thick as I expected but very smart. Top tip: clean both sides with soapy water before using so that it sticks to the floor and you stick to the mat!

My very first purchase of a yoga mat and I'm so happy I've grabbed this one! I have Fibromyalgia (aka I have chronic wide spread pain; my knees and hips being the worst), so having this extra cushion-y mat has been great. (Lying on side however is not as cushy) Only downside so far is, it is quite stinky once unravelled. I had it out on our clothes line for a few hours though and it's much better. Also if you were buying this because it's blue, it's not really. It's a very light purple. Or at least mine is. But to be honest! I actually wanted a purple mat, so it works out haha A side note, for whatever reason a sticker was placed onto the writing where the free yoga session is, it was a pain to get off I tell ya. Maybe move it elsewhere next time for future people. For those who do heavy duty yoga, I don't see why this wouldnt be a great mat. It sticks very well! It hasn't moved around at all for me. Bare in mind I do only do lighter yoga poses haha Overall a great mat! Would buy again and would recommend!

Gorgeous print and amazing quality. Love that it’s thicker too as I have bad knees. The material is just right: soft but with enough anti slip (without being overly rubbery). Extra length is perfect, and it’s the first mat where my sweaty palms have stayed put too! Just fallen in love with this and it helps that’s it’s so beautiful!

I bought this mat on sale at Target in March. They no longer carry it. The pattern design lets you put your hands and feet in perfect placement for poses. From downward facing dog to Bikram triangle to warrior pose to side plank pose...etc. The 5 mm is the perfect amount of cushioning. I had a 3mm and my knees and back hurt on the wooden floor. I am 5'4" and when I do my wide leg forward bend, my feet are half off the ends of the mat, it would be nice if it was a bit longer. I bought another mat today,since I do an hour of Yoga everyday.I want to have another one ,just in case they don't make this design anymore. BEST YOGA MAT EVER !!! I bought the TAOS ALIGNMENT MAT IN DARK PURPLE 5mm thick. The diamonds pattern on both top and bottom of mat, make you do the poses in the correct positions. I look into the mirror to align a pose and then I know where to place my hands and feet every time. My hands and feet do not slip on the mat, and I do an hour every morning .

I had a Gaiam mat that I loved for over ten years. When it started wearing out, I decided to replace it with the same brand thinking it’d be the same quality. Many reviewers talked about how slippery this mat was, but I didn’t listen and bought it any way. They were right. It’s slippery. I’ve now had this mat for almost 5 years and it’s still slippery. I’ve tried every Google search suggestion out there to make it sticky and I still slide in downward dog. I’ve discovered that the non decorative side isn’t as bad, but still. It’s hard to get into a good stretch when your hands are slowly sliding away from you. Having said that, this mat is great if you don’t need stickiness. The thickness is great and it’s comfortable to stand, kneel, and lay on.

This is beautiful and practical. I use it on top of the class mats for extra thickness.

Pretty good price than the others I seen listed for mats. It also had a decent design. It does have thickness to it. Which makes it overall a bit more comfy. My mat didn't have any faded design.
