Just above most store bought marshmallows. Nothing special frankly. There's a certain bitter, almost stale flavor to them that leave a bad taste in my mouth. I tried these on a whim, but I can't say I'd recommend them. I've had so much better hand made marshmallows and these aren't really even in the running.

Delicate, Tart & Sweet!
Super yummy! very special...just got a crown shaped chocolate fondue pot...this will be a part of our Christmas fest!

These were very good. Very fresh tasting. They were not sticky, just a mouthful of wonderful. I will definitely order these again and recommend these to all my friends.
