This hook is much more comfortable than an older pair I have where the nylon cinches up near the wrist, not with these, the strap stays where it is supposed to and lets you focus on the back muscles during pull downs, rows or shrugs well after the grip has given out. I also use them for lunges when holding heavy dumbbells. I would definitely buy again.

These are really well made. Took a second to get used to. It wasn't super comfortable with dumbbells, but was great with all pulling exercises, pull downs, and rows using cables. It allows you to drive your elbows using your lats without worrying about your grip. Great product

This is the second one I’ve purchased. I gave my other one to a friend of mine as a gift. It does exactly as promised.

Unfortunately I ended up returning these. I have small hands so they did not fit me well, and cause alot of pain when I used them. However they are made of quality metal, and the Velcro was very strong and held well.
