While it may not be a miracle solution to my back problems it IS very helpful and much appreciated. The product is of good quality and well made and the price was just right for my budget. The reviews were helpful. I am very pleased with this product. I have had lower back problems off and on for much of my adult life. This belt relieves my pain the moment I put it on and for several hours after wearing it. That is a big deal to me. I use it most every day, usually in the evening. I find it works best right next to the skin and the correct position is just resting on the hip bones as per the instructions. It is comfortable to wear, not bulky and does not impede activities. I recommend it highly.

This is a good product, but it doesn't fit me that great. Why do they try and capture such a huge range of sizes? I am a 30-31" waist and this BARLEY fits at its tightest setting. Would be much better if they offered it in just two sizes, one for smaller people and one for larger people.

Missing Extend Belt. The product description does list an Extend Belt as an included item. Without the Extend Belt, the product is unusable for the person this was purchased for. Amazon refers to "Please contact the seller directly for warranty information for this product. You may also be able to find warranty information on the manufacturer’s website." though there isn't any known website. There isn't a country of Origin listed anywhere on the box, on the product, or the user manual, which is in violation of title 19 u.s.c. § 1304. Please leave a comment regarding the contact information for Customer Service. The only option available is to return the entire product to Amazon, and hope that Amazon ships back the complete item. The support belt appears to function properly. It holds air pressure and seems to be well made.

This product has really been great for relieving my lower back pain in the short time I've used it. Hopefully it will also cure my bulging disc problem with continue use without needing to have surgery. It is also a well made product and I found I can easily wear it while working-out or exercising and it is fairly comfortable for my 34" waist but not sure for larger waists? The only issue is that sitting with it on can be uncomfortable unless you remove some air but then it’s not decompressing my back. Heck try it out and return if it doesn't work for you. For me it really helped!

Must be made in China. The belt is tiny. I had to use the extension to its full length and I have a 44" waist. The listing says it is good up to a 43.5 inch waist, but that is NOT the belt maximum length, it is the length with the supplied extension. If you use the extension, the belt does not work as designed as the extension does not provide any lift like the rest of the belt does. So you just end up with air pushing on 3 sides of your body, none of which are under the ribs with the extension. Totally disappointed. Maybe a thinner more petite person would have luck with it. If you have a belly, forget it.

I got this belt for my mother who has been suffering from back and leg pain caused by degenerated discs and a pinched nerve. It is high quality and very well make. The science behind it makes sense as it is supposed to relieve some of the weight/pressure on the discs, thereby reducing pain levels and inflammation. So far my mother has not had much pain relief but we are not giving up yet. She has begun using on a regular basis 1-2 hours at a time and wearing it during times of increased activity. Hoping regular use over time will get her some pain relief.

Today is my first day wearing the belt. I pumped it up and drove to work. What I did notice is that when I got out of my vehicle my back was in 70% less pain. It is keeping me from hunching over too. It feels good right now. I hope that in time it will give me additional relief, better than the knife in my back.

This brace is a great value. I just got it yesterday and I am going to order a second one as a spare. I can already see that it is going to be critical to have as I move forward in my battle with spinal stenosis. Yes it is big, and yes it has bulk but you are not going to get real support and the feel of "traction" that you want from a wimpy brace. It was going to blow $200+ on the Dr. X brace. Reviews scared me away from it. This one is as good as the reviews. At least i know mine is real!!
