Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Breakpoint Gold Edition (PS4)

This game got a lot of stick people saying that it is incomplete and just not very good but I think it’s a very good game I’ve been playing with one other person and have found it very enjoyable. The graphics are stunning with a descent story attached

Menu takes a bit of getting used to but well worth it

I loved this game, arrived when it should of, never had a problem.

Incomplete game could have been good but once you kill one of the bosses that's it you see the next guy you have to go for but you can't do it as it's not in the game and knowing what the Devs are like it will cost you even more to finish it so defo not worth it

Brilliant game more to it then you think people think it's short it's not it's hard as a single player but can be done. There are a few glitches even no but it doesn't harm the game play.

Ignore any negative reviews most of them seem to relate to the game and the game makers......I bought this game and it came swiftly in the post cant say anything negative about the seller product was exactly as described and I'm very happy :)

Bear in mind and this is purely the POV of a solo player. -On release the game felt like it hadn't been finished and was very much as the Beta had been. When I played the beta I was excited and thought "yeah they'll obviously give us more character options and improve on this and that etc etc", but they didn't and it was hard to see what was so Gold about the Gold Edition. It lacks polish, the little details that make a game really cool. The jeans aren't jean coloured, they're khaki, like all the other combat trousers, so what's the point? How hard is it to give us some blue jeans? Lip sync remains appalling and I hate the loot gear level system which is pointless and unrewarding. The script is bad and doesn't match up with the subtitles. Enemy AI scream when you shoot them in the head. The elite enemy dress up like Star Wars wannabes and aren't much better in a fight than standard AI enemies. The character creation choices are fewer and far less appealing than their WIldlands forerunners, although the physiques and clothing details are good esp the women characters who look fitter and more robust as soldiers. The game is still a bit buggy and the updates have so far brought very little improvement. The whole element of survival much vaunted pre-release is pretty much not there. After the release of Red Dead II I was probably expecting too much, like climate affecting your character's effectiveness etc. (you won't get hyperthermia wearing a T shirt in the snowy mountains for example, nor heat exhaustion from wearing a puffa jacket in the tropics). All you have to do is stop at various bivouacs to buy or make various bits of kit and food to enhance your performance. Solo players like myself have been excluded from a whole area of the map which is multiplayer only. All the goodies and loot there is also off limits so I do feel I paid for more than I got there, esp with Gold Edition. As solo you don't get any AI team to back you up, despite the fact that the story clearly indicates you aren't the only member of your unit on the island. You can easily manage alone, but I enjoyed that part of Wildlands and don't see why they had to drop it. The map is vast and beautiful, yet unfulfilling to explore. There's very little on offer cosmetically, which I think always adds some enjoyment to a game. Much of it is unobtainable unless you're multiplayer or are prepared to pay micro-transactions for things like an eye-patch. Fun to have, but not that fun to have. Despite my long list of grumbles, it's really good fun to play on a casual basis if you're not bothered about a polished article with a gripping storyline and compelling characters you really feel are worth fighting for. I enjoy playing it, but I'd seriously avoid spending more than 20 quid on it.Update- i have been unable to access Ubisoft servers since the end of April, meaning it’s not possible to play this or my other Ubisoft games at all. None of their trouble shooting suggestions have worked and their link to set up a ‘support ticket’ doesn’t work either. Ubisoft customer service is woeful. I have no issues connecting to other servers at all. This is exclusively a Ubisoft server issue which the company is blaming me for and is either unwilling or unable to help with. It’s too late to return the game or get any compensation.

Only a few hours in, but here's my initial thoughts of it running on PS4 Pro w/ 4K TV, HDR.The Good.It looks stunning, the controls are intuitive, & the map's massive. The game seamlessly transitions between areas, with distinctive weather patterns.Co-op is an absolute blast.The BadCan't be played offline. No support for solo play A.I. controlled teammates yet (although it's slated for later in year 1).Overall 4/5*. Would be 5* with the addition of A.I.UPDATE....Can be a bit buggy in places, but I'm sure these will be patched in time, so overall 3.5/5*

Other than recieving the game today, I PSN Year Pass for for game doesnt work. Not sure why, and hopefully theres a way to fix this. Yes the game is brand new, yes i made sure i typed the alpha numeric code in correctly, 6 time and more... If Someone code please reach out to me in a way that we can figure this out. Much appereciated.
