Our cotton flannel is thick, averaging 0.0175 inch, and going as high as 0.0190 inch. We source our cotton flannel here in the USA, and we fabricate them on our machines in Southern California. Once you feel our patches, you will see the USA quality exceeds foreign flannels. One of our signature techniques is to use one of our phosphor bronze or stainless Angle Brushes to push a patch into hard-to-reach areas of the action, slide, or trigger assemble.
