Awesome
Had to upgrade after my wooden tip hose cracked and broke. This hose is amazing, thought about getting a new hookah all together but this hose made me decide otherwise. The ice piece makes a world of a difference especially when smoking mint flavor shisha. I would give this 10 stars if I could, if you need a new hookah hose this is what you want to get.

My Thoughts on the Plush Hookah Hose.
First of all, I love the flexibility of this one. I had it replace my silicone hose which is not as flexible which is a MUST because I am THE person who brings a hookah to house parties. Silicone isn't bad, but its inflexibility causes a lot of problems when passing it from person to person in a circle. This one is much more better in terms of flexibility.I bought this one mostly because of the ice gel pack that goes into it and I was curious to try a cold smoke. I'd say it lasts for a good hour before needing to go back into the freezer- which isn't bad at all, considering it's cost and the fluffy hose is just an added bonus in my eyes. No problem with cleaning. The mouth tip can screw off which makes it easy to get water in my hose and rinse it out quickly and efficiently.Overall, pretty happy with this product.

I bought one it was leaking . The customer service was so nice they sent me another one and it worked good. And easy to clean.

it’s an ok ice hose
the part of the hoes that goes into the hookah is pretty bulky. i have the square double hose hookah where the port got hose sits on top.it won’t stay in because of the size and the bowl is pretty close.the hose itself is pretty cheap/light duty as well. it’s ok

Very poor quality
After 3rd time of using (gentle using,was not dropped or was not pressed)we found a crack on top part and after 2 more time of using this the bottom part just felt off,very poor quality,definitely will not recommend this piece of crab to anyone else to buy,just wasted my money for nothing.wish to return it somehow and get my money back!very disappointed!!!!!😡
