Q: how do i set this up .. do i put this inside apartment.with the mirror facing out side, i dont live in a house. i live on the 5th floor of an apt.

Put it outside the apartment, mirror facing outside. Never put it inside the house.

Well it depends on what you are using it for. Im superstitious..i use the mirror to reflect the bad stuff back out so it doesnt go into my house. Bope that helps
