Great Product, Great Customer Service
Pros: Shape, large handle, BPA Free. I also love the top how it's multi-open. Customer Service is nice, generous, and quick to respond. Cons: When completely closed and sat on its side filled with liquid it leaks from the cap. I took this up with the seller and they immediately got back to me saying the issue will be handled with quality control so it should not be a problem going forward.

Great Jug.
Nice sturdy jug. Works well to hold water/fertilizer for my houseplants. Slim design lets me tuck it out of the way easily.

Not completely leak proof but great if kept upright
This has been really useful for us. Its square design is perfect for fitting in the cooler and has allowed us to have lots of cold water on camping, road trips, at the beach, etc. It does leak from the cap if kept on its side, but kept upright it's perfect.

Best quality liquid container you will ever find.
We have been undergoing water contamination due to the extreme rainfalls. These are the best quality and durable, ease of use, storage containers to keep on hand for mandatory boiled water, or any liquid. Could not recommend more highly. Have bought many for myself and to share as gifts.

Leaks when on its side
Leaks when on its side. I use this in a small cooler bag and it needs to be on its side to fit. Even with the handle side down it still leaks.

I spent 4 years looking for this water jug.
I know the title sounds weird but I am really picky with water bottles. If it has a slight chemical taste I won't like it and my water reacts with stainless cups. This jug took two rinses to get the taste out and then it tasted amazing. It didn't taste like plastic, it tasted like water. I used a similar jug (same design by same company) and I used it as a daily water bottle. Lasted for about 2 years till the bottom wore out. And I was sad it broke.
