Q: What is the maximum cabinet door width that this product will hang over?

The inner part of the hook is 7/8" (measured from the outside it's 1") it's got a very slight strip of padding inside (so slim I couldn't get an accurate measure on it) to keep it from slipping around. The hooks are also very sturdy so it's not something you could easily bend to fit.

Q: Our cabinet doors have a rounded bevel to them, will this product sit nicely?

It does not at least it didn't with my cabinet doors. I had to find a square one so I could use it.

Q: Does it sag when it is extended or does it stay level?

It doesn’t sag. It stay level.
