Great for plantar fasciitis sufferers!
The reviews for these have been mixed, but I’m a plantar fasciitis sufferer and for me, they’re GREAT. Yes, the ‘bobbles’ are quite strong, but I wanted that, and I only wanted these sliders to wear around the house. They really help with the pain in my feet: it feels better just a couple of minutes after standing on them. So I’d say that if you have ‘normal’ feet these might not suit you, and they’re definitely not suitable for trekking around outside. But if you genuinely need massage/pressure-point stimulation, they’re brilliant. I’ve also seen a few issues mentioned with the Velcro straps but, no problems there for me so far. The fit is also exactly as I was expecting.

Great, although…
Obviously I noticed all the dimples on the sole when looking at the photos and was a bit unsure about them, but none of the reviews I read commented on them and said they’re comfy so I figured just go for it! Having now worn them they do feel a bit weird. Kinda like I’m being gently punished for something. Like you’d get given a pair as part of your outfit for a beginner’s BDSM session. That’s not really my thing so I’ve taken a star off. Otherwise they look good and being able to adjust the width by velcro is helpful. I guess I’ll get used to the way they feel the more I walk in them.

Not amazing. They're comfortable to stand on... but they're pretty crap to wear. Constantly falling off after 10 steps, my heels are off them even when very tight. Pretty pointless. They hurt to wear...but I'm not talking about the "spikes" they're fine. I'm talking about the my ankles absolutely killing after 5 minutes of walking with these as well as muscles in my feet aching.
