Q: How loud is it, will it be good on the airplane?

Yes use it with the jbl app which you can get from the App Store. You can set the sound as you want it. The sound is good and it is really loud it will make you unaware of what’s happening around you so be careful when walking on busy streets

Q: What’s the sound leakage like?

Once you use the app the sound is very good

Q: Do they work with bixby on Samsung phones, or just alexa?

They only work with Alexa and Google Assistant, for the time.

Q: How do I report a problem with headphones under warranty

There should be instructions in the booklet that comes with it.
