Q: If the entire can were dehydrated, how many pounds does one can make?

Well, the way i use it is to add it to omlets, eat it right out of the can as a snack, or add some water, drain off excess and add mayonnaise to make a sandwich, now, since a gallon of water weighs 8lb. I Assume it would weigh about 4lb. The taste is excellent, and it is already cooked, but as a guy, i just do simple and fast, not fancy, hope this helps.
