This Rod Beam Clamp Jr. is designed to clamp onto a steel I beam and is used in conjunction with threaded rod. The clamp has a threaded hole to accept a piece of 3/8 threaded rod allowing various types of pipe hangers to be threaded on to the opposite end of the rod
