They are 4 different sizes. One is about 4 x 6; one is about 4x5; and there are 2 small ones: about 3x4.

These are small pouches-they each only fit a few cosmetics. The larger ones can fit a large eye palette but the smaller ones less. I use them to separate my cosmetics so they don’t bang together when I travel-but I put them all back in my larger makeup bag. I don’t think you’d have much use for them at the gym unless that’s where you get ready for you day and do your makeup.

Q: Do these bags have a rubbery feel?

I would say "nylon feel" vs. "rubbery". I really like mine.
