This is a well-made table that looks good against my window and comes about even with the sill. I'm using the table for some large plants. The color in the listing is accurate and is a reddish stained oak. The construction is solid oak where it matters (top, legs, drawer fronts). Other parts are veneered plywood (parts of the top section) or veneered mahogany (lower shelf). Table came packed well in four sections (top with drawers, bottom shelf, and two sides), but in lots of Styrofoam. Assembly was very easy. I suggest leaving the screws slightly loose until setting the table upright on a flat surface before fully tightening. This helps the table to sit flat but I still had to remove one nail-in plastic foot and add a thin washer over the nail so it wouldn't wobble. Putting weight on the table also helps. I am very pleased with this table and the value seems great, although not made in USA.

So cute!! Perfect to fill a small space in my foyer. Easy to assemble. Top and bottom shelf for an accent lamp and or decor. A drawer for storage.

This is a beautiful table that is easy to assemble. The construction is very solid. Once assembled, you would never know that it was delivered in pieces. It looks like a fine piece of furniture. We use it as a TV stand and appreciate that it is narrow and fits our space well.

Not perfect, but good enough I would happily buy it again. My 4 star rating is in part because I'm a tough critic. Pros: -- I was impressed by how well the table was packaged. A shipper would have to abuse the package pretty seriously to damage it. The table is sturdily built of solid wood, and feels very solid. It should last a long time. Assembly was fairly easy. It took me about 30 minutes, even being deliberate about each step. The pieces were very precisely cut, which made things fit together perfectly. The finish color is slightly nicer in real life than in the photo (although your monitor my vary). The photo appears to have a bit of a green undertone and is a little lighter than in real life. The result is a slightly richer look to the real item. We've had it for a month, so it's too early to say how well the finish will hold up, but so far setting our keys and other items on it as we come in the door hasn't left any noticeable scratches. With a real wood veneer, it can presumably be refinished a couple times if necessary, which I have good hopes won't be for a long time. Cons: -- I gave it 4 stars because the drawer isn't great. Despite nylon guides to ride on, it opens and closes a bit rough. It also only opens 4", which counting the thickness of the face and the overhang of the top, only gives your hand 3" of space to reach in...a bit tight, but not unworkable. I'm tempted to remount the drawer to a pair of 8" drawer slides, which should just barely fit, to improve the movement and hand access. They could also have reasonably made the drawer 1/2" deeper, which for such a slim table would have been a noticeable addition of space. Misc: -- Made in China. For the price I'd have hoped it was made in the US, but since the construction is still very solid, that's just a matter of national self-interest rather than quality. Decent representation of mission styling. The legs have a very slight outward angle to them that might dilute the purity of mission styling, but it has a simplicity, neatness, and warm wood grain that fits the category well. Keep in mind the 10" depth is very small; Plan for that. It does not provide much space, but does tuck neatly out of the way against a wall. For us, it makes a great foyer table to keep items we commonly need coming or going. The specs say ash with an oak veneer. I find it odd that they'd use a resilient, nice looking hardwood like ash, then bother covering it with a veneer of such a similar-looking wood. In fact, I can't even tell on close inspection where the veneer is, as the top and legs appear to me to be solid oak...perhaps the specs intend to convey the few pieces made from plywood (only in the drawer, as far as I can tell), have an oak veneer? Update - October 2016 We've had the table for almost 4 years. There is scratch in the top from a 3-year old banging a heavy, rough-bottomed ceramic bowl we use for keys, etc on the top. It's not noticeable from a distance, and is no worse than you'd expect from any decent piece of furniture. Overall, it's holding up well.

Exactly what I was looking for. Solid wood with antique-like qualities. Easy to assemble, but before you tighten the leg screws be sure to insert the bottom shelf.

This table fit our space and esthetic perfectly. Easily assembled, came in a very heavy box which was excellently packed to protect the table.

This is my 3rd Leick funiture item. They are made in Wisconsin out of solid wood and have a gorgeous hand polished finish. Ther are no manufacturing shortcuts and they equire minimal assembly. If you want solid, well made solid wood furniture at a great price look no further.

This is a very nice table made mostly of solid wood with veneered plywood only for the drawer bottom, shelf, and back panel.The frame is well constructed with good bracing on the inside frame corners making it very sturdy. The drawer is solid wood everywhere except the bottom and while not dovetailed, is still quite well made. It is big enough for half a dozen remotes and other stuff like glasses, phone, flashlight and some papers. The table top, 3 exposed sides, drawer front and legs are all made of perfectly finished solid wood. The solid wood legs are attached with 2 machine screws on each, going into properly placed threaded inserts in the frame. This makes the assembly very strong. The veneered plywood shelf is notched on each corner to fit exactly within the legs and is supported by 4 metal push-in standard shelf supports. The 1/4 inch holes are predrilled in the corner of each leg, so moving the shelf higher would only involve drilling 4 more holes. When the easy assembly is finished, the table is attractive, very solid and strong. The nice finish showed good oak grain detail that I would describe as "medium" dark oak- darker than our "Honey" oak floors but very attractive next to the Cream colored leather sofa. While not sold as a chairside table it can become one by cutting a few inches off the bottom of the legs. Since the legs are not tapered it is easy to do. When I did this it became the perfect height to fit between our couch and my chair. One fairly small negative is the back plywood panel on our table showed some delamination which was only visible from below and was easily fixed with some Glue and a clamp. Even with thatsmall negative we are very pleased with the overall quality of this table and rate it an excellent value for the very reasonable price.

This table actually looks much better than I expected. I had read some complaints about it being difficult to assemble. I didn't find that to be true. The assembled product doesn't look like some other products whose components don't fit snugly. The finish is consistent and without any blemish.My only complaint is with the drawer guide. It feels very flimsy. But overall, I would recommend this.

This table is beautiful. Small true but fits great in those smaller areas. I put a silver lamp and my black chiming clock on it....sits in the corner of my LR....I use coasters on all my LR tables so hopefully the top does not end up scratched. I am still thinking of ordering one more of the side tables, either in the round (have one already and love it) or in the rectangular, just with the lower shelf.....almost wish there were a small coffee table to match, as looking for something in front of the couches and looking at small ottomans....just haven't made up my mind yet....but love that these tables are solid and wood. No regrets here.

Great table - easy to assemble, looks excellent. It's not perfect but considering the price and all wood material it's really very good.
