Shark Beach Towel

I wish I had ordered these first. I haven't washed them yet, so if there are issues I'll repost my review. I had ordered some other towels based on customer reviews saying they were plush, soft and absorbent. They were not. So far I'm very happy with these towels and I have ordered 3 more.

The size, design, colors, thickness & weight of this beach towel are all great. However, there were some places with "runs" and also some where the threads were bunched up. I would have returned it but didn't have time to get another one before our beach trip.

I was looking for a large "beach" towel that did not have velour on one side. That always seems to be less absorbent. Also, for a towel this size, I wanted something well-made but thinner, so it would dry faster.This is all I could wish for. I just received a second color of the turtle pattern, and am very happy.The shark version was returned, because it was a different fabrication, and the edges were not as well-done.

I have a high-backed office chair in my computer room. The fabric is a bit rough and scratchy, especially when you wear shorts. I bought this towel to keep the chair fabric clean and to provide a soft fabric against bare skin. It works great for that purpose. It is large and plenty long enough to cover the chair and the seat back. I think this towel would also work great as a car seat cover.
