Micellar water is a good choice especially for people with vascular skin. Although there isn't fragrance in it you can feel natural aroma of orange blossom hydrolat.

Apply a small amount with cotton wool to face and neck.
Damascan Rose Hydrolat: has anti-inflammatory, soothing, rejuvenating properties that improve skin elasticity. Strengthens blood vessels, smoothes, mats and cleanses. Orange Blossom Hydrolat: Recommended for sensitive skin and skin with a tendency of developing damaged capillaries.
