Stubbs Sauce Hatch Chile, 12 Ounce

I live in Northern New Mexico, the land of Hatch Chiles. I tried this product in a simple recipe, the result was unpleasant.There are three packages in the bag, the spice mix and serving sauce are OK, but the taste of the cooking sauce was overwhelmingly sweet. Green chili stew should not be sweet. I'm just sorry I bought three packages of this product. If you don't have access to fresh Hatch Chile then buy a can of them, you will be much better off than with this product.

This cooking sauce is fantastic! It will take you chicken or pork to a new level. Very flavorful and with a kiss of heat.
