Extra Undyed Cozy ONLY for top hat Potty (no Potty Included in This Variation)

If you are trying out elimination communication for the first time and are on the fence about getting this extra band. Just do it! I just had my first baby four months ago and started elimination communication when she was nine days old. Mistakes happen, and having an extra cozy for the top hot potty is so nice. We always have a clean one on hand and changing it out is easy. While I will say that I thought it was a bit pricey for what it was, I am definitely glad I bought it! Easy to clean, we just throw it in the wash and dryer, and after lots of use it has held up great over four months. If you are starting out on your journey of elimination communication, I wish you the best of luck! It really seems intimidating to start, but it is so easy once you get the knack of it. We haven’t changed a poopy diaper in over a month!

We have 3 of the covers for our top hat potty so we can keep using one while we wash the others. Our little guy definitely prefers the soft cover to the hard plastic!

Update: I ordered a whole new potty and it also came with a thinner, smaller cozy that’s hard to rest baby on. Not sure where to go from here. You can see the new peach potty on the left and the nice old one on the right The extra cozy for the potty (about $8-10) is way thinner and smaller than the one it comes with. Hard to use/looks uncomfortable

I'm satisfied

I started doing EC with my 7 month old little boy about 3 months ago. We were surviving for about a week before I decided to bite the bullet and grab the baby potty. Totally worth every penny. We are now thriving doing EC. It is the perfect size to carry in the diaper bag to have on the go (it makes doing EC out and about doable!). I also highly recommend getting extra potty cozies. They make it way more comfortable for the baby, and if you have a little boy, it's a must if you don't want to get peed on. Seriously, if you are on the fence and have a baby between the ages of 0-12 months, get it.

This potty is just a plastic hat. The fitted fleece cover is $8!! For a tiny piece of cloth. I find this absurd. I appreciate the innovation, and perhaps I'm ignorant to what their overhead would be, but I personally think this is an atrocious up-charge for something that cost very little to produce.

Misleading item title. I expected to receive the potty, cozy, and band and instead just received the cozy. Very disappointed.
