FOXX Project Power-Glow IR Dual-Function Remote-Controlled, Rechargeable, Waterproof, Shockproof LED Light and Powerbank, Work, Outdoor, Camping, Hiking, Biking, Emergency

On taking delivery of this lamp I was really pleased that I had made such a good choice. It is a really solid piece of equipment and the different functions it has have been well thought out - 3 white light levels, steady or flashing red light, able to be used as a power source for mobiles and easy to re-charge etc. I keep mine in the car for the unexpected (magnetic clips and hanging lanyards provided) but have used it in the garden after dark whilst having a glass of wine with friends. Could go on about it's other features but they are better described elsewhere. (mustn't forget the remote control though).

I bought this torch for using in my motor-home primarily, but also knowing I was going on a sailing holiday. I has proved it's weight in gold, particularly on the sailing holiday. My daughter used it as her light when sleeping in the hammock. It stuck to the mast with it's magnetic feet & she was able to use the remote control to switch it off. I also used it to charge our phones & fans when we were sailing. It is extremely bright on full, but has much more muted lights depending on what you're trying to illuminate. Would definitively recommend, especially for the price.

I wanted a powerful battery light that I could hang in the Awning of my VW California campervan to stop us struggling around in the dark accessing the van and awning at night.I purchased the FOXX lamp after reading about their Power Glow range in the Camping and Caravanning Club magazine (who had teamed up with FOXX to offer a discount to club members)I chose the Power-Glow IR as it came with a remote which meant I could turn it on from both inside the van (when getting up in the middle of the night), and from the outside (when returning from the pub in the evening!). It comes with a Lanyard so will be easy to hang in the awning and it’s own bag for easy storage in the van when not in use.The lamp has three power settings (in white light) and two (in red light including a flashing mode). The lower setting gives good ambient light and the highest power level in white light is very very bright! It is waterproof and also has a built in power bank to charge via USB port if needed. The product seems well made and the remote has a good range, I’m looking forward to using on our next trip away.I ordered direct from FOXX (to get the CCC discount) and the lamp was delivered FOC by DPD. Their customer support were quick to respond to a query and were very helpful.I will update this review after some on-site usage.

Wow! What an amazing bit of kit. Robust, powerful, bright, superbly designed, and easy to charge through a USB. There's also the added facility of charging other electronics: my phone charges from it rapidly, and my camera is never without power. Very easy to scroll through the various lighting modes, and I've used it in a variety of situations. Easy to stow in the back of my camping van, but equally very easy to carry in a rucksack. Price is higher than I expected to pay but I'm not disappointed with what I've actually bought. All in all a brilliant purchase!

All round good bit of kit, great for off grid in the caravan.

Excellent light with good runtime. Good magnetic clips.
