Good Headset but reliability problems
I like the noise cancelling properties and the feel of the headset. It is lighter than my previous DC ENC headset. However it does not seem quite as sturdy as previous DC products.The microphone stopped working on my headset. I sent it back for repair as it was still under warranty and it was five weeks before I got it back; this was in February so I expect it would have taken even longer in the busy summer months.As an instructor I cannot afford to be without my headset for this length of time so after sales service needs to be improved. I was also left out of pocket because I had to pay for the postage and insurance to send back my headset.
