Worked wonders for me!!
This has definitely helped with my night sweats and hot flashes! I am going to be 50 in a month and have been having extreme hot flashes on and off for about a year. It took a couple of weeks, but this has worked wonders and I have, (knock on wood), not had any hot flashes for the last two weeks!!! Thank you Estroven!!🥰

Worked amazing for me
This has been amazing for me. I was miserable with night sweats and hot flashes. I was not getting good sleep and I was extremely uncomfortable at work and felt I could never get cool. I made an appointment with my doctor but could not get in for a couple of months so decided to try this. It did take a couple of weeks (maybe 3) but sleep has been amazing and no hot flashes. I am so thankful!

Not so hot!
I began having really intense hot flashes. My face turned red instantly, I start sweating profusely and I feel like I’m going to pass out. A friend recommended this product forThe hot flashes. I love that it’s all natural and it drastically reduces the hot flashes. I take it daily. I stopped for a short while thinking I was good and boy was I wrong!! I started having the same issues. I went back on it and I’m feeling great!!

TShey didn't help me
I know these have helped other women with hot flashes and night sweats, but I got NO relief at all. Maybe I didn't use them long enough. That said, I have had very little relief from OTC products and hormone replacement is just too fraught with other problems. Maybe I will just get a small bedroom fan.

They really do work..just be patient
I have struggled with perimenopause symptoms such as night sweats for the past 7-8 years. They started sporadically at first in my late 30’s and at the time I didn’t want to believe the REAL cause, so I turned down the thermostat at night, bought a small travel fan and buried my head in the sand hoping they would go away on their own. But they didn’t go away, they got increasingly worse. It finally got to a point this past year, after talking to more than a few friends that were a bit older than me, that I faced the facts. Perimenopause CAN happen in your late 30’s/early 40’s and is not all that uncommon. By the time I finally accepted the facts last year, the night sweats had become a nightly occurrence. I rarely slept through the night without 3-6 episodes of waking up, throwing off the sheets and waited for the burning furnace in my torso to shut off so I could attempt to go back to sleep. And traveling for a living made things worse because I couldn’t always set the thermostat to 60* or crack a window in the dead of winter to get relief. I would only get occasional symptoms during the day, but the night sweats every single night were enough to open my eyes that this wasn’t going away and was getting worse. So before going the whole HRT route with my Dr, I wanted to see if I could find an OTC solution first. One friend had mentioned a night time formula menopause relief working for her, so I did my research and chose Estroven+Sleep. A good night’s sleep had evaded me for years since a back injury and I was already taking melatonin anyway, so I had nothing to lose.To start, I was a little miffed that you need to take it consistently for 60 days to get the full effect. That was not welcome news. I wanted relief now. But I started taking them anyway. I was getting the melatonin effect, so even though the sweats didn’t stop at first, I just used it as a replacement for melatonin. But I was rewarded about 10 days later by having ONE WHOLE NIGHT with no internal furnace fire waking me for the first time in years! At 3 weeks they had become so much more infrequent that I purchased a second box.4 months in and I can tell you100% that it worked for me. I haven’t had a night sweat in 2 months. And the bonus is really that at $10/box it costs me less per month than one meal. It’s a bummer that it took so long to take full effect, but after dealing with the sweats every night for years, it is definitely worth sticking it out the 60 days.I have considered switching to the all in one formula in the gold box because I am curious what other symptoms I can get relief from as well, but at the same time I have a good thing going here and don’t want to ruin my sleep. It would be lovely if there was a combo box where you could take one during the day for mood and energy and one at night for sleep and night sweats. But I’ll take what I can get.I have recommended this to other friends now, because it has made such a difference in my sleep quality, which in turn gives me more productive days.If any of this sounds familiar to you, I highly recommend giving it a try. I’ve spent more money on one breakfast that a month’s supply of these magic sleep miracles.

Research BEFORE using!
This stuff it awful! I slept good, but the side effects from the black cohosh were really bad for me. Some side effects listed on a Government site called NCCIH and Cleveland Clinic, which are both reliable sources were - stomach upset, cramping, headache, rash, a feeling of heaviness, vaginal spotting or bleeding, weight gain, blood clots and liver damage. Their packaging contained no warnings whatsoever. NCCIH also states that some commercial black cohosh products have been found to contain the wrong herb or to contain mixtures of black cohosh and other herbs that are not listed on the label, which you could have a bad reaction to, like I did. Yet the label on this product doesn't mention any of that, or warn you at all. It only says do not take if you're pregnant, or breast feeding. If you're going through menopause, you probably won't be pregnant, or breast feeding! It's for menopause!!!! It does say it's safe to use all over the package, but it's not safe for everyone. How is this legal? Aren't supplements regulated? I have attached a photo of the warning label, or lack thereof, and other parts of the package that keeps saying it's safe to use so you can see for yourself. And by the way, it also contains no leaflet, or insert of any kind in the package with any warnings! Bottom line, do your research and call your doctor before you take this stuff. They will likely tell you not to take it. I cannot mention all of the details of my side effects because it would not be appropriate, but I would rather have hot flashes than the side effects from this.
