Balance Issues?
I am a "little Old Lady" with Balance Issues. I have fallen several times since October and am working vigorously to strengthen my balance control. One of my "tools" is the Reciprocal Stepper Cushion. I first used it in my Physical Therapy "class". I find it easy to use and I am sure it will help me in my progress!
