Inactive ingredients are boric acid, sodium borate, & sodium chloride. The rest is purified water. Hope this helps

Q: Is this a disposable product? I found the label on the bottle says "once opened,discard".

It does say that. I've used it several times to rinse my eyes of allergens. Seems fine to me, even after being open for a week or two. Ingredients are very similar to the bausch and lomb product, which is fine for every day use in this manner.

Q: It looks like there is a seal on the bottle in the photo. Can it be removed quickly by someone in pain that has just been splashed in both eyes?

We cannot speak to any specific individual and their capabilities, but this is a "typical" safety seal and if they can see to find the station and have no one else assisting them, a person with adequate hand strength could quickly remove the seal and twist the top off. It is, of course, important that the seal be left on until the time of use to insure sterility / that the bottle has not been opened or used by someone else.
