Strategy: Create and Implement the Best Strategy for Your Business

This book is a nice option, if you would like to learn about Strategy. It gives you some examples, so even if you haven't studied anything about business you will be able to learn generic strategies from it. It doesn't provide deep details. But there are references to the original sources in the book.

This book was so easy to read and very much straight to the point. It helped me understand the basics behind determining what marketing strategy to adopt.

Perfect size to dog ear and keep on hand. I use it as a refresher before meetings with small businesses.

I found this book to be a nice review of business planning and implementation. Although much of the content is common sense, it is presented in a very thoughtful and organized approach. Additionally, I found it surprising to see that the contents are almost entirely adopted as-is at the Fortune 100 company in which I work.

Beautiful product

This book is a thorough going text book in how to prepare the ground for developing a business strategy by careful examination of your business, the competition and the arena in which you operate. I have read many books for business, some excellent ones, but none has explained strategy in such comprehensible and structured terms. This is one of two or three books I have read in the last 5 years that has set me to work - perhaps it is timely, but I rank this book highly enough to give it to others to read and to share my enthusiasm for it. It is a good book for students of business and, if like me, you are organising change and working to compete in challenging times: in this respect, the book helps you to focus on the essentials: absolutely 5 stars.

コンパクトな冊子ですがいい内容の論文があつめてあります。後日同じくハーバード大学院の授業を受けましたがいくつかが教材に使われていました。米国の経営学教育でストラテジーがどのように教えられているかをのぞいて見るには最適です。

There was a little stain in the book. But on the whole, l am very satisfied.
