I was hesitant about this item, but read about it in a book written by a doctor that has fibromyalgia, "The Fibro Manual", which I highly recommend. Purchased it and used it last night. Was amazing!! It hurt really bad for about the first 5 minutes, but then, cleared up most of my pain in my neck, hip, lower and upper back, and knee.

This is the third CranioCradle I’ve bought. Not because it wears out (it doesn’t), but because I keep giving mine away to friends who try it and instantly fall in love. And honestly, I feel good doing it because I know what a difference it’s going to make for them. I use it regularly to relieve headaches, neck pain, even back pain without reaching for meds. I've read the negative reviews, and while I agree it's intended purpose doesn't fit me the way I would need it to in order to relieve neck pain... it works WONDERFULLY for my back pain! I just move it along my spine while laying face up on the floor (hard surface) and it works great to help relieve pain from my mild kyphosis. If you lay with it in one spot for 1-3 min it will release the tension in that area and you can move on to other problem areas. This has been an invaluable tool for me and I love it's compact size, making it great to throw in a travel bag! They also have a deep tissue version that is a bit firmer and works for people (or just different areas) that need firmer pressure. It helps relieve the tension in my mid to upper back, and ultimately helps prevent some migraines. I highly recommend this item!

Amazing invention for people with upper neck problems. I have a Chiari malformation which caused a lot of tension and discomfort at the base of my skull. Using this for 5-20 mins a day is heavenly. I usually fall asleep laying on it because it’s so effective.

You'll read the other reviews, perhaps watch some YouTube videos, and start to wonder if this product can bring you relief from chronic ailments and improve your overall wellness, too. You'll probably wince over the price and wonder, "That much for this?”. You’ve tried so many other gadgets that promise results with consistent and proper use, what’s another to add to the collection? You’re desperate, so like me, you’ll add to cart. Atypical for me, I purchased the Original vs the Sport. I usually have a hard habit of going for the most intense options, and as I’m learning, a gentle approach is better in many cases. When it arrives, you’ll say, “I paid THAT much for THIS?! What a joke.” But read the instructions, watch a few videos via the company website or YouTube, and try it. After my first session, I immediately noticed an improved range of neck motion and a feeling of clarity after 3-5 minutes in both the Base and Stillness positions. Now I meditate with this, use it in the Sacrum position, and you’d have to pry it from my cold, dead hands. Good luck with that.

I purchased twice this item, first one seems to offer good support under body weight but cracked open in the middle right after one year warranty ended. Second one caves in under body weight, offers no therapy effect.

Light weight, sturdy yet comfortable. My physio suggested it for me. It helps position my neck and head which is what I need it for to retrain and ease head tilt, neck strain and pain. Have been using gradually every other day and so far so good! Supportive product. Make sure to follow guidelines of where to position it. Based on my needs and areas needing support I recommend this product:)

Waste of good money. Caused more neck and back pain rather than relieving it. Followed the instructions to the letter.
