Kind of expensive, but you get what you pay for. The high-quality, heavy plug is a separate piece that the string then connects to.Two things make this product very versatile: 1. It's bendable, so you can train it around corners or whatnot without necessarily having to use hooks or anything. 2. The in-line bulbs are small enough that you can easily work part of the string behind or even inside things like shells or crystal objects (be gentle, though!).For LEDs the light is warm white, as stated (not bluish, rather pink to yellow to orange to white depending on the angle of each tiny in-line bulb). Remember, though, that these are still LEDs and therefore can't be as warm as other types of light, particularly incandescent.Also, because the bulb casings are so tiny, they don't disperse and project light like wide-angle LED casings; instead, the extreme intensity of each tiny LED pretty much remains within the casing or maybe several centimeters around it.Most of the bulbs are very close together, so you can coil it all up in a something made of frosted glass to create a light source. I did this with one string, using a frosted white glass bowl on a high shelf, and added a few multicolor light bulbs (not in sockets, just the bulbs) to warm it up. It looks pretty cool and generates a good amount of light.

At around forty bucks this was a carefully considered purchase that ultimately I'm glad I made. I used this Gerson (item 38655) 120 LED light string with its' twenty foot, silver colored, thin, super bendable wire to wind and intersperse throughout a lush mixed pine garland. The garland sits on top of my five foot rustic fireplace mantle. Even though the warm white lights are tiny for my purpose they are quite ideal. Meaning the lights are not the show but nicely integrated into the green garland for a balanced look. The nine foot lead wire to the electric plug/wall adaptor worked out perfectly so I could plug it in a nearby lower wall socket and then conveniently use a wall switch to turn the mantle lights on and off. I use the lights the months I do not use the fireplace for added ambience. I could not be more pleased with this LED electric light set and hope it lasts a long time to bring down the yearly cost.

These are awesome lights! I cut down a branch from a tree that had many crooked smaller branches. I painted it all white and place these lights on this branch. The lights are very small and made with a very thin wire. You can barely see this wire on my decorated branch. The branch is about 18 feet long with many smaller twisted frail branches. The light sets look great lite and will be a great showpiece for my outside Christmas decorations. A bit on the expensive side but well worth the money. I really like the fact these lights look natural, as if they are part of the tree.

these little lights are awesome! they are tiny and easy to wire around my plants in the garden. they look great. I have several strands. wish they were remote controlled!

there is a misunderstanding here! some of the lights appear warm others appear cool (blue) on the same strand. not happy as i definitely needed warm to work.

Customer service was fantastic. I put two if these inside a cloche and use it as a bedside lamp. Bright enough to read by and very unique.

Love them
