Not sure. I ordered the smaller size and they were horribly packaged and most were broken :(

Q: Can I use it for pecan pie?

I found them to be better with fillings that are to be refrigerated or frozen like lemon meringue pie, a pudding pie or ice cream pie) since the tart shell is already cooked

Q: would these work for quiche

I wouldn't use these for a quiche due to their sweetness.

They can be frozen and used as needed.
