Q: What is the maximum diameter of a wine glass base that fits into the cover?

I just measured a few of mine and I would say the average wine glass is 3" but I have a few that are 3.25 inches in diameter and they all fit nicely. I have even saved a few after use and let them dry out over night and used them a second or third time.. Love them even if they are a little pricey.

Mary, I would say they are maybe a little more than 3". I would say more like 4". I ordered these for my mom as she uses them all the time on her stemware. She can use the same one for several uses and really loves these! Hope this helps with your question. I think you would be pleased with them.
