Great bit of bit

XMOUNT Anchor Damaged
When I opened the box for the XMOUNT it was damaged, it is supposed to be all white and it's been chipped. I think it's potentially been chipped because the bolts were loose in the box with it, which means they probably have been shook in transport and damaged the mount.I haven't been able to use the suspension trainer yet as I'm not sure what to do about the mount, it would probably function ok but the aesthetics would look very poor plus I'm not sure if the white layer is supposed to add extra protection.The suspension trainer itself feels high quality and well built although the plastic cable ties that keep it together in transport have heavily indented the foam handles, I'd hope over time that would fade?I was really looking forward to using the equipment but the xmount issue has stopped me so far.I've been offered a return and refund from Amazon and the opportunity to reorder. However, on my original order I got money off with a sale/voucher, so if I reorder I'll have to spend more money to replace the damaged item, which is a very poor solution. Hope this matter can be resolved?

you need a fair bit of space to use this...
Seems a quality bit of kit, but we just do not have the space to use it...
