Best steamer I’ve owned
It’s very easy to to use. It’s light enough to move around with ease. Heat up time and the temperature is very good. Comfortable to hold and do what needs to be done. The design makes storage simple. The only negative I would say is sometimes you get a few drops of hot water leakage. But nothing that makes me concerned. I love my steamer and am very pleased with the outcome

Great steamer, well worth the price!
After owning and using two previous clothing steamers in the past, I was a little disappointed by the lifespan they had and anxious to try a different model. I had a Steamfast model the first two times and they lasted about a year and a half each one. Customer service was great and they sent me a replacement piece (20 bucks) to fix the problem for a while but eventually it broke down again. Still, I would have no problem buying one again, but i had to try out this Jiffy. This Jiffy is great because it has a metal head! The head does seem to act more like an iron than the previous plastic head pieces that would eventually melt apart over time on the older Steamfast models I have had(lots of duct tape over the years). The head as well as the two other pieces to attach to the tubing led me to give this Jiffy a try. Another great feature that I am very happy about is the water fill tank. In previous models, I had to use a funnel to fill the tank. My dog would often steal the funnel and chew it to pieces and I would always end up having to soak up some spilled water. A real pain in the behind that this model avoids. There is a nice metal clothing rack that is much sturdier than models I used in the past. There is a wrench that sit cleverly magnetized under the unit for head swapping. Very cool features. This unit comes to a full steam so much quicker than any other unit that I have used. One major concern that I have is that where the tube meets the wood on the hose, it seems likely that it will wear out eventually. Maybe this will not ever be a problem, but it does seem to be wearing down already. I would think so sort of spring would be a nice fit to bridge the gap at that point. Another slightly upsetting thing is that the steam hose attachment end for cleaning did not see to work at blasting away dirt or mold around my shower as I had hoped. Maybe I will have to spray the area beforehand next time, but after one trial run...not impressed with it yet. Overall, as you can see, I am very satisfied with my purchase. I think it is the best steamer I have ever owned and laundry seemed to take much quicker to steam that with units in the past. It is faster to heat and faster to clean with. The metal head is a great feature as it heats up as well creating that synergistic "iron" like situation when contacting the clothing. I would definitely buy this unit again. It will be well worth the money.

The Rowenta is a nice enough product
I purchased this to replace the Rowenta Master Valet Steamer. The Rowenta is a nice enough product, particularly if you are a beginner, but lacks the flexibility of the Jiffy Steamer and failed after I cleaned the tank to remove calcium deposits. The Jiffy Steamer is a much sturdier product. The hose doesn't kink and the metal attachments are much nicer. I can steam in 360 degrees which I like very much. I can hang a garment and hang the steamer at the same time, which is a nice feature. I get no water coming from the steamer head, as I did with the Rowenta. The unit is thinner and fits nicely into my closet, which I consider a big plus. When the calcium deposits come, as they will, it will be much easier to clean this Jiffy unit as it comes apart. It will be easy and quick to unscrew the hose and the metal hanger attachment so I can clean the hopper without risking getting water on the electronics as I did with the Rowenta. Nice!! I was taught to iron very formally by my grandmother and mother and can iron anything. This makes steaming very easy for me. Steaming takes practice and some skill. There are some good (and not so good) youtube videos that you can watch but give yourself some time to adapt to steaming. Like anything else, it takes practice. Start with t-shirts and jeans and work your way up to more difficult items. It's not the steamer's fault if you don't produce excellent results when you first start. Give it a little time. Don't worry it's not rocket science and you will get great results with just a little practice. I can actually get sharp creases but that takes experience. Be happy with your steamer. You will save a fortune in dry cleaning expenses. Particularly for women's items where a steamer can lift odors and smooth wrinkles away very quickly. Happy steaming. I have been thrilled with this purchase and hope you will be too!

Great steamer
I have never owned another full-size vertical steamer, so I don’t have much to compare it to. However, this thing heats up fast and steams out wrinkles in a hurry. I have had it for a few months and I wonder what took me so long to get one. Pros: Heats up fast Steams out wrinkles Seems well made Magnetic wrench that sticks to the steamer makes changing the heads a snap (if you want to) Con: When you pull the water tank off to fill it, it always spills a little water out. They tell you to never let it run dry, so the way I see it is the water spill is unavoidable? Notes: I thought I would use all of the attachments, but I really just use the clothing attachment. I can’t see myself using it for carpet cleaning. Or if I did, I don’t think the extra attachment will add any value. The hose is not very long and you would need to get down on your knees or hang the carpet up. At that point I don’t think having the larger attachment adds much value anyway. Maybe I just don't understand the intended use. Overall, I am very happy to have the steamer and use it every day.

Solid, well made unit.
Really like the unit. It works nicely - lots of steam and heats up fast. I like the quality the machine, its the same design, but smaller, that is used in Nordstrom Men's department and every salesman recommended it. I also really like that it is made in the USA.

Built like a tank, should last forever. A carrying handle and cord stowage would have been nice to move the unit from floor to floor. Expected more steam (no previous experience with steamers) but does the job very nicely, even on big creases. Giving a light press on the stretched cloth helps sometimes to remove some creases faster, which may lead me to either buy or build a steam board eventually. Don't expect it to be a big time saver per say compared to an iron, but gets you 95% of the way there without the hassles of ironing. I also expect clothes to last longer.

Works for clothing but didn't work on my blackout curtains. Also leaks a little when you fill the tank and roll it around. Overall, still beats ironing. Wish it was more affordable because the price tag of over $300 is pricey.
