Fit my Roomba perfectly

Did the job. Perfect fit

Easy to install. The old caster had 2 screws and a shaft holding it in place. No screws on this one, only a shaft. Shaft made perfect contact and has held for multiple vacuumings . Very happy with product. Roller ball has not fallen out either--that was the problem with the old caster. Roller ball fell out and I could not find the stainless steel axle that held it in place. Of course I could not find just the rollerball-axle and had to replace the entire caster housing with rollerball-axle.

One day I was cleaning the built up hair out of my roller wheel on my roomba and the next thing I knew the wheel would not stay inside the case anymore so I was distressed. I do not keep handbooks when I purchase appliances but I kind of recalled seeing that some parts were replacible so I went to my trusty amazon sight and lo and behold I found this. It arrived in perfect condidtion and it was so easy to remove old broken piece and install the new one it was wonderful to be able to fix my roomba so easily, no tools required. And very affordable, much better than taking to a vacuum repair shop or buying a new roomba. the assembly is as good of quality as the original piece. Such an improvement from the previous piece that was made for these Roomba's. However, it there is still room to make this piece better. There is a pin that holds the wheel in place that needs to be removed in order to properly clean the wheel and remove any buildup. However, you can only remove the pin with a strong pair of pliers, and after you do, two smaller little pieces pop out that are VERY difficult to get back in afterwards. We've cleaned the wheel 3 times in two months and I think that going forward, we'll have to remove the buildup with tweezers instead (painstaking). I'm rating the piece a 4, but the vendor a 5 as I received piece within 2 days and they followed up on my purchase in a courteous manner.

With all the counterfeit items being sold on Amazon, I was skeptical buying from an unfamiliar third party. But I needed the part fast, and I was promised to be shipped Prime, so I took a chance on E ZEE ELECTRONICS. Turned out great. The part arrived promptly, and, as far as I can determine, is the genuine article, shipped in what appears to be real iRobot packaging. The price was fine, too, a couple dollars more than iRobot charges, but most of the time iRobot charges much more than the difference for much slower shipping, so in that context it was a bargain.

The product arrived on time and as described. It was easy to install and appears to be easy to clean. As it is a relatively simple component of my Roomba 600 Series, I expect it will be durable. Keep in mind that this the front wheel to a house vacuuming robotic device. It's important to that device and what it does for our home. It's not really exciting, like say, a brand new purple Lamborghini... So, what more can I say? If you need a Roomba wheel, well, then this is probably a good route for you to follow. No need to call a special Meeting of the Board.

My 5 year old removed this and we still haven't found it. Easy to replace. Ive had this one for a couple months and it's just as good as the OE.
