Acoustic Audio AA5170 Home Theater 5.1 Bluetooth Speaker System 700W with Powered Sub

Absolutely outstanding the AA5170 acoustic audio buy goldwood is a pretty unique little home theater system I bought the system back in 2019 just to get good sound for my 42- inch HDTV one of them pretty good sound not too bad use the Bluetooth and SD card and FM radio for a while but mostly using it for my surround sound for the television we hooked it up to my 55 in TV in 2020 still sounding good but something was missing it was flat on one side of the room the base is what I mean came up with an idea to buy a extra subwoofer couldn't find one if it's Bill so I was going to scrap that idea Something Told me just buy another one put a splitter in between it and put it on the other side of the dresser so I did that in 2021 and what a great idea the sound changed more Fuller more stronger two units 5.1 surround sound system or I was enjoying it then I said you know I can do something with these units because what I had just did was double done before with this type of unit so I decided to do an experiment try different items and see what it work with this system I did that started coming up with more ideas as I went along decided to buy two more units oh my God sound changed again this time I had an EQ hooked up to I figured that out was able to control the base trouble in mid-range it was awesome bought a friend sound control of everything with this unit I wasn't using the Bluetooth or FM radio anymore I was just using it for the speakers the amp inside and the processor which became a good experiment that turned into a project I highly recommend the aa5170. 71. and 72. And all the acoustic audio portable surround sound systems that they make you could do just what I did with all of them when you get more of them which there are 5.1 surround sound systems it turns them into channels more channels when you have several more you can do a lot of things with this unit expanded additional unit you already have or add on to another unit by another brand with this unit the ideas is unlimited the game has been changed for units like this and the aa5170 has paved the way I highly recommend it my custom sound is Ultimate extreme this is the best who knew that you could use professional equipment with a consumer items I didn't know until now this is a long story so I got to cut this short it's too long now I highly recommend buying this unit and if you want more sound buy another one and connect using adapter and splitter to split the signal and create your most ultimate system you can build the most outrageous system with these units highly recommend aa5170 71 and 72 + all the rest of them order this unit you would be happy if you did

Love the way it sounds for the price. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because it doesn't compare to a real head unit setup. But it's up there.

Due to me using a portable ac/heater in my living room and it setting to where air blow between my chair and the TV it really messes with sound. i had a higher end sound bar with a woofer and smaller sound bar that use to be amazing till i got the ac and was now unable to hear sound well. i am in a wheelchair and it took me 30 mins to set this new system up. I set volume at 9 which seemed like it would be right. i turned on tv and had to turn it down to 6 and i have sound everywhere. i am so happy.

I read a bunch of reviews before making this purchase and I'm scratching my head after having opened this item.Two words, "Fisher Price". For those of you who do not know what that means, search it. I believe they are a TOY manufacturer. This surround sound system, if you could even call it that, is a toy. The speakers have no mounting holes or attachments, the flimsy "speaker wire" comes out of a tiny hole in the back of each speaker, so it's not even removable to add REAL speaker wire, and they are made of what looks like press wood.I purchased the item used to see if the reviews could possibly be accurate and to save a few dollars. Not only was this a waste of my time and money, they did not even have the courtesy to CLEAN the thing up first before shipping it out to a new customer. It was disgusting, with dust and what looked like food finger prints all over it. (that one is on Amazon, not the person who returned it, although, I can't imagine how someone could return something in such condition and be okay with it. I guess some people just don't care and have no shame). And, then we have the condition the item is in,... Scratches, on some of the speaker cones, corners mashed in like it was dropped, and corner seems that look like they were glued together by someone who had their eyes closed while doing so. The wires were wound around each speaker carelessly and stuffed back in the original damaged box with the crumbling styrofoam and bits of it stuck to the speakers.And then there is the sound quality... After having attempted to place the speaker far enough away in the proper locations for a true surround sound, I had to climb over the wires that were like a boobytrap across my living room because they are so short, plugged everything in and turned it on. There was not much of a difference from the TV speakers to the "surround sound" system. Weak. Waste of time and money.Suffice it to say, I will be returning this horrible device after having thoroughly cleaned it, (you're welcome Amazon), and I think my days of shopping for this type of device on Amazon are over. On to Costco...Disgusted.
