I will never know how good the recipes are since most of the ingredients are measured in liters and grams or fractions thereof. I would prefer using the American equivalents of cups and pounds since I do not have European measuring devices. Very frustrating that this did not appear as part of the product description to avoid making a purchase that I will inevitably return.

No illustrations, metric measurements, book had corner water damage . Very useless.

What can i say, the wife said she wants a good quality blender for Christmas ours was not cheap but it does have a lifetime guarantee, anyway after ordering it thought i had better get a book, this one looked good loads of recipes and at the right price, i did buy another it was very very cheap what it did not say was that it was published in the dark ages so that went in the bin, the wife asked how did i manage to choose such a good book, no i did not tell about the dud book,i just looked smug and told her i just know what i am doing, Ha.

Do not buy this product if you have a BAMIX it is designed for jug type blenders

Bought a blender for the first time in my life. This book helps a newbie like me, to get the most out of my new product, and explains quite simply all I need to know about putting all the ingredients together in the correct way. An excellent introduction into the new World of softies and, healthy eating

Not very informative

for the first time, I'm making my own soups, and wanted recipes for the blender. the book only had a couple, so not much good if you want soup recipes
