Very good quality
My old ones had perished so I needed new ones. Due to having my hip replaced I needed to build up the muscles in my legs. This was a perfect way of doing it. I got heavier ones this time. For walking about the house in they are not too bulky but they may be if using them for the gym.

Not fit for purpose
The Velcro stoped working and material became out of shape only after a short time. I have purchased ankle weights from many different brands over the years and these are not good quality and very disappointed
