Q: can I take video using this Macro Flash with a Nikon camera?

I have not used the flash for video, but for my experience using it you're not gonna get much of long range.

Q: Does this flash works with 85mm lens ?!

As long as the filter ring on your lens is either 55mm or 62mm, those are the sizes of the two adapters that come with the ring flash.

Q: Will it work for Sony Alpha 55 ?

Depends on the lens that you plan to use - the flash comes with 2 adapter rings that screw into the front of your lens, they are 55mm & 58mm. If your lens is one of these sizes, it will work.

Q: Is it compatible with Nikon D90 ?

Yes it's compatible. I've used it in a D300 ,d700 . The mounts are the same and all the different lens adaptors are the same based on lens diameter. Doesn't get much simpler. Some newer Macro kits are cheaper and do a good job but I've depended on the sigma for years and the quality is excellent.
