Work Hard, Move Easy – My Go-To Leggings!
These Carhartt Force leggings are a game-changer! They’re lightweight, super comfortable, and move with me all day without losing shape. Perfect for work, errands, or just lounging, they fit snugly without feeling restrictive. I love the quality and durability—definitely worth every penny!

Rugged, comfortable work pants with thoughtful features
I love these pants. They have useful pockets and a handy loop. They fit true to size. I’m 5’8” 180 lbs, with a short waist, long legs, thick thighs, and solid butt. I ordered the medium tall, and they are perfect. I have an older pair of the medium regular. They are annoyingly too short, but still excellent quality pants, after many washes. I have a pair in size large regular, from when I was 30 lbs heavier, and those sadly do not stay up, anymore. My other pairs have lasted 3 years and 5 years, through very physical jobs on horse farms and in an auto shop, and they still look like new. As with all my expensive lycra-containing leggings, these get hung to dry, and never go in the dryer. I expect the new pair will last a long time, too, since Carhartt makes genuinely rugged clothing with thoughtful design. Highly recommend.

Worth the buy if you move a lot for work
Love these pants! They’re super comfortable and fit well. I’ve bought two pairs of Carhartt pants so far for work (delivery driver) and honestly, I wish I could afford to buy dozens more. I have to contort to get in and out of our trucks sometimes and these pants don’t hinder my movement at all. That said, they are a little pricey, but they do hold up well. My first pair did eventually get a hole in them that I had to patch, but otherwise haven’t had any issues. I also prefer my leggings to fit more snug. I typically wear XL, but L probably would have fit a little more to my liking with these.

Good work pants
I bought four pairs of these pants for work. I do delivery and love the pockets for all the things I use throughout the day. They are comfortable, stretchy (allows me to squat and bend without tugging). They wash and dry well in the machines. Out of four pairs I did receive one pair where the waistband is really loose. And this one particular pair I cannot work in because I constantly have to pull them up. Will be reaching out to see if Carhartt will replace these.

Just buy them.
These leggings are not lightweight. They will do well through the colder seasons. They are not the typical yoga style leggings, the fabric is heavier. There’s still great stretch, and these are made to last. Amazon sizes told me to get an XXL, but I followed other’s recommendations and sized down to an XL. I like longer leggings and ordered the tall length. They fit great, not too tight, and because the fabric isn’t super stretchy, they’ll still look good if I lose a little weight. I love the pockets! I’m going to go back and see what other colors they have.

Great Chore Leggings once you find your right size
Waist 27, hips 35, inseam 29-30. Both the small and x-small in regular and short lengths work ok in the midweight and lightweight for me. Xs short is my preferred size because they completely stay in place once they’re on; small short is fine but a little roomier after I’ve been moving a bit; regular length, I have to bunch at the knee or ankle. They both will stretch but not a ton. I was needing pants that would fair well to outside work and do well around animals and have enough room for my phone. I’m currently clearing trails with a blower and mix of saws and cutting briar vines. Women's jeans have such shallow pockets that my phone kept falling out. Both the lightweight and midweight Carhartts have proven durable and comfortable, both with plenty of phone pocket room. It’s a little more than challenging to find your right size, but it is totally worth the frustration. Hopefully, this review will make it a little easier for you. The midweight have darted patches over the knees. If these patches don’t line up, you can’t bend your knee. I’m a 29-30 inseam, so for the midweight, I need a short length. If you get the wrong length in the midweight, you have to bunch the fabric at the knee, not the ankle. Altering the midweight length will not work; the lightweight don’t have this issue. Because they don’t have patches, the regular length in the lightweight just means a little extra material at my ankle that will go in my boots. The lightweight material is a little stretchier than the midweight material. The material on both at the calves is not forgiving and a little tight. (I do have athletic calves). Going up a size, gives you a little more room in the calf area, but just a little. Both are a little difficult to first get in to but feel great once they are on. For field or barn work, both are great- the midweight is a little more durable but hotter. The midweight are fine up to about 75-80 degrees outside; otherwise use the lightweight. For office work, the midweight could look appropriate with boots but not the lightweight. Seams on the lightweight run on the sides and look more like a workout legging. I hike and run but would not recommend either of these for that. Use them for what they are made for- outdoor chore leggings. Pockets are different in all of the styles. The midweight have front and back full pockets and a small side pocket. The lightweight have a right side zippered pocket and double pocket on the left side that I use for my phone. The lightweight ankle are a 27” stretched inseam and have no zipper but pockets on both sides (go with these if you are petite). I hope this review helps someone. These really are great leggings.

A most unfortunate waistband
I was very excited for the pockets on these and they are great. Unfortunately, the waistband is so pinchy, so very tight-at-the-very-top-only that they are not comfortable to wear for more than a few minutes (I returned). I've got an hourglass figure and have a longer torso so have to be somewhat strategic about waistbands but honestly it's not usually a huge problem. I got a medium, which is my normal leggings size, and the legs fit fine (a little loose but I think that's more to do with the type of fabric) but that waistband just did not sit right. It's the kind of waistband where the exterior fabric part is wide and would be comfortable except they've sewn a piece of elastic into it that doesn't span the whole width of the waistband (cheapskates), creating the perfect conditions for jamming your hips/lower torso into a muffin top shape.

Nice Leggings!
Really like these leggings. They are extremely comfortable and the pockets are super handy. Only thing is I got the Xsmall and I wish they came in a short version. I am 5'-1" and they are very long. Will definitely need to get them hemmed. Apart from that 10/10 on these.

This is my second pair of women’s workwear leggings. I have17 pet pigs and these never fail to keep me warm and dry. Loads of side pockets, I prefer side pockets and they are dry almost immediately, even after getting soaked. I also wear them for gardening and literally live in them, hence a second pair. I told a friend about them who is a horticulturalist and she messaged me from the Chelsea flower show to say how fantastic they were and she was also hooked! Great customer service also from this seller, I may even get a third pair. They fit like leggings and you don't even know you are wearing them. I am sure these will last for many years, great quality from carhartt

These pants are great quality and durable, I love the extra pockets. I am 5ft 6” and have a 28 inch waist and 39 inch hips and got a medium regular, they fit perfect! At first I thought the waist looked too big but I definitely needed the extra room to pull them past my hips since there isn’t much stretch as it says. Overall would definitely recommend and I will be wearing these during the winter! I would size up

I’ve found myself wearing these a lot - whether out and about in the garden or out running errands. They fit nicely and are slimming, which helps with the post lockdown flab ☺️!
