They are thin and small enough to carry an extra one in your wallet, or I have one in my phone case at all times. The liners are great for daily light absorbency use, or at the end of your monthly cycle. Personally, I use them every day, just to be on the safe side. They are safe and easy to use, just peel off the paper backing to reveal the sticky lining, place on your underwear (pressing firmly once lined up) and you're ready to face the day. Good, but could be a little longer and wider sides. They are very sticky and that is a plus!
