I Passed with help from this book
I was very nervous about taking the NCLEX-PN, and decided to study for a month before taking the test. I was able to pass the first time and only had 85 questions. The NCLEX-PN is interesting, I took hundreds of practice tests, did over 5,0000 practice questions, and not one questions was on the NCLEX-PN, but this book gives you helpful information on "how to take the test" which is as valuable or more valuable than actually knowing the answers to the questions, and if you read and understand what this book teaches about how to read the question and how to evaluate the answers.I read the book twice and reread several chapters that testing showed I was weak on.The book will help with meds though.Honestly, almost anyone could read this book several times then take the NCLEX-PN and have a good chance at passing.

I passed NCLEX!!
This book was extremely helpful for my NCLEX. The book layout was a simple read and it highlighted all the necessary information for NCLEX. I started reading this book 2 weeks before my NCLEX and I passed! There are two end of book tests and for me they were extremely hard but don't get discouraged because once you review why you missed some, you will tell yourself, "I knew that!" This book helped me refresh my memory, gave me some good mnemonics, and taught me how to answer NCLEX type questions. I highly recommend everyone to buy this book! You won't be disappointed.Sincerely,A very happy LVN :)P.S. Good luck future nurses! Keep the confidence and you'll succeed!

This is a fantastic book!
I bought this book about 4 days prior to the NCLEX, for some last-minute reviewing. I took the Kaplan review course, and had it droned into my head that its all about how you answer questions - not about your individual knowledge. Needless to say, I started getting nervous, as my test date got closer and closer. I'm so thankful that I bought this and reviewed it the last few days prior to my exam, as it helped refresh my memory on topics I was fuzzy about. Granted, there's no groundbreaking knowledge here... Its all review, but its all concise and useful. I highly recommend this book! :)

A MUST HAVE....
I purchased this book about 3 weeks prior to my scheduled test date after over hearing other nursing students mentioning its title. This book is amazing!! It's not too detailed and was an easy reader; it highlights the main points about different subjects that my be asked on NCLEX-RN. I tested and passed at 78 questions!!!!!! I highly recommend this book for the student that has a job or has a full family load and cannot put hours into preparation. This book is worth the investment and has a detailed tear out cram sheet for on-the-go studying.

I Passed!
This review book was very helpful. I started using it about 2 weeks before I took my test and I can say it really payed off. The information in the book is so simple to understand and very clear. This is the only review book I used to study for the NCLEX-PN and with the help of my friend's note cards. I took my test in April of 2012. This is a great price for such a great book. I highly recommend it.

Highly Recommend!!!!
This book along with the NCLEX- RN Exam Cram (3rd Edition) book & NCLEX-RN Practice Questions Exam Cram (3rd Edition) [Paperback] are a great books to use as a study guide for NCLEX! They helped me see how NCLEX ask questions and how NCLEX expects you to answer. The Hurst Review course is a wonderful study guide but if you can't afford to spend $350.00 for the course then buy these books. They helped me pass boards :)
