Fantastic hammer, Made in USA
Very sturdy and comfortable to use. Works well, looks great, and weight is just right. My only problem is that others on the site want to keep borrowing it. I told them to go buy their own! I now own one of each size/weight class to go as a set. Good product made in the USA. Buy one and you will be satisfied (they do have different claw choices if rip claw is not to your liking, so check the seller for more options).

Worth it.
Good hammer. Did what hammers do very well. Better than some walmart brand hammer that's a knuckle buster. A little on the lighter side. Good basic no frills design. Easy use lol.

The best hammers, period.
It's the best hammer you can buy. Estwing is the standard for quality hammers, they only reason you'll ever buy a second one is because your dad bought a new one and you get jealous of how shiny it is. ;-)

The hammer has great weight to it feels comfortable in the hand . Best hammer on the market in my opinion . Have one that’s 60 yrs old and still works like a hammer should never fell apart

Beautiful, LARGE hammer.
A beautiful hammer. It's a little big for what I needed, but it worked... I can't blame the hammer. Should last my lifetime, and then some.

Excellent Hammer with Leather Grip
I lost my 40+ year old leather handle Estwing. I am glad Estwing still makes them. It will take some time for the leather to break in, but it will. When it does, it will fit my hands like a custom hammer. It functions, has balance and has durability to last.

Hammer with a claw and a single flaw
Nice to see quality tools made in my country. Of course, you pay for that luxury. I was worried about durability of the thin neck, but it seems extremely sturdy; I couldn't bend it for the life of me. The handle is even more beautiful in person than it is in the pictures. There is a gray coating on the underside of the claw, might just be to prevent scratches from nail heads or to give it traction. -1 star because they put several of those cheap paper stickers on it that necessitate 15 minutes of fingernail scraping to get all the paper off, then acetone to remove the sticky residue. Side note: The ounce rating and a safety glasses warning is printed on the side of the head, which is not shown in the pictures. It rubbed off instantly with the acetone I was already using for the sticker residue, so it's an easy fix if that bothers you.
