Ultrasac Compactor Bags

Great Product at a great price. I like to use the thicker bags (typically compactor bags) for my kitchen 18 - 20 gallon Echo Automatic Trash Can (the lid opens with motion and then closes). These bags will last a long time and fit perfectly around the insert of the trash can (aka the liner) without being too tight or too loose. This is the best value for the money and the thickness is just perfect. Just about as thick as a compactor bag. Couldn't be happier to have discovered these trash bags.

Very sturdy bags

This box of bags are defective, used 3 trying to put in compactor. They are splitting down the seem and the last order had a shine to them. this box doesn’t.

Work great. On 4th box. Only issues I have found. They pull pull down on the sides when you compact it. Just have to pull the sides back-up and reput over outside compactor. The last box how ever they are a little smaller then the 3 boxes before. Still work well just harder to put over the sides. But the price is 1/3 that of the others, and 1/5th paper compactor bags.

These trash compactor bags are cheap,thin, useless bags. First of all they will not stay put. Each time you compact, the bags fold in on themselves & wind up down in the chute. They have no holes in them to attach to the outside of the. Compartment to prevent this problem. Easy enough fix; I just cut an X over the attachment points & fixed the bag to the outside of the trash container. Next time I compacted, the bags fold tore huge gashes in all four corners (making the bag messy to remove). And each time we compacted, the bag shredded even more & it STILL folded over into the garbage. These are messy & of poor quality. I reordered the Kenmore brand. They are coated inside to allow the compactor unit to press down on the garbage without pressing in the bag itself. The Kenmore bags also have the anchor holes to attach to the outside of the chute. This also prevents fold over. If I could give these zero stars I would. Seriously, don’t waste your money on these thin, cheap, nonfunctional trash!!

The issues vary but aren't consistent so not precisely sure why they occur. Sometimes as bag fills up, it slips off. We have to cut slits in sides to fit into the compactor knobs that hold it in place, sometimes slips off the knobs. The plastic itself is pretty good. We pack in plenty and compact a good deal, the plastic bag doesn't rip, pop or otherwise leak. Despite these small issues, they don't seem to affect the durability of the bags. For the price point each bag works out to approximately .50 cents a bag, and this can't be beat. Fitting the bag. Not very easy, our compactor is rectangular, sharp edges. Slipping the bag on is always a bit of a chore, getting it over edges but after that, it's smooth sailing. Isn't the worst thing but for some could be a turn off. There may be better quality products out there, but this is pretty good despite the small issues stated and the price point is fair, in my opinion.

We buy these exclusively for the trash can we bought from Amazon. Heavier than grocery store brand bags and the drawstring is great to take to the dumpster.

I love these THICK bags. THEY DO NOT TEAR!!!!! We use them in our 13 gal garbage can. Yes, they’re a little big but, they don’t tear.
