Very poor quality: pieces easily break off/fall off. Attempted to get replacement parts from manufacturer but was told that they are not available. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Works well, price is right, it is SUPER lightweight so the build quality is not as high as with other tripods. Great little travel bag. if your looking for something to carry around with you pretty much anywhere this is a good choice.

The stand is much too unstable to hold a projector safely. I am intending to send it back to you.

Nice, but doesn't like to stay up with 16 lbs on it.
The trolley arrived quickly, and undamaged.Assembly was not terribly difficult, although the instructions did leave a bit to be desired. I still have a sort of diamond-shaped plate, that I'm not sure what to do with. It wasn't shown anywhere in the instruction sheet.I read a review about someone receiving one that was missing a nut. I thought mine too was missing a nut, until I shook each of the wheels, to find that a nut had wedged itself inside one of the wheels. Just picked it out with a fork!I use this trolley to support an Epson 8350 projector which weighs in at 16.1 lbs, well below the 22 lbs the trolley claims to support. However, with the projector on the plate, the trolley refuses to stay at the set height. I don't want to force the adjust knob any harder, because it is beginning to stress the friction tab. I don't want to break it, so I just leave it bottomed out.Bottom line: It functions as a convenient and portable projector trolley, just don't expect to retain its set height when used to support anything above 9 or 10 lbs.

Assembly Problems
We bought this stand for our Epson EX6220. When assembled it now works to our complete satisfaction.Assembly was a problem for several reasons. 1) We unpacked the components, checking things off against the parts diagram. The diagram has no labels, so bolts and washers are not identified by size. Initially we appeared to be missing one bolt and one washer. A more thorough inspection revealed that they had become lodged under the plastic housing of one of the wheels. 2) There was a uniquely shaped metal plate among the parts that was not displayed in the parts diagram. Inspection of the shape and the holes in it, made it obvious that it was meant to be placed between the cross piece base assembly and the vertical post. It fits there, and it looks "right" there. 3) There is no information about Pyle Home on the installation instructions -- no phone number, no address, nothing about help with problems. If one is proficient in putting things together, and can spend a little time analyzing the components, they should be able to get it assembled in from a half hour to one hour. Assembled, they should find that it will do its job.

Not white as depicted here
I bought this product thinking that the color matched the product. It doesn't. It's a dark gray. Also, it came with parts that were not mentioned in the user's manual so I don't know if I built it correctly. I just threw away the extra parts. Also, initially it appeared to be missing one bolt. A more thorough inspection revealed that the bolt had become lodged in one of the wheels.

Cumple sin ser sobresaliente.
Es un producto que cumple los estándares de calidad. Aunque luce mejor en la foto que en la realidad.

The return policy was very good
Did not look at all like the pic, it looked white in the picture and when it cane it was just plain grey steel. Too Big and bulky for what I needed it for

Ideally was just what I was looking for but twice I had to return the item because there were screws and washers missing. Very frustrating. Hoping third time lucky

Too cheap for its own good.
Ok, I think for $30 this isn't too bad. It's cheap, flimsy, and small. But on the bright side it's super light-weight and... Yeah, that's about it. Setup takes a bit of time to click out all the legs, and the last section of leg is so thin that you wouldn't really want to use them in case they bend. This makes it exceptionally short.Ultimately it makes a good stocking stuffer for that cousin you just don't really know what to get each year. But otherwise save your money and buy something more substantial. Aim for the $100 price point and you can get something pretty nice that will last you a heck of a lot longer than this thing will.

Good service from the supplier as this arrived quickly and in one piece. Unfortunately the "bits" bag had opened in transit and so all the nuts and bolts were loose in the box. That said, nothing was missing and the stand remained un marked.Assembly is quite straight forward although some applied imagination is needed. There is a slight wobble but as the feet are adjustable that's an easy fix.My main gripe, and one that has been mentioned by another reviewer, is that I assumed it would be white...as in the picture. It's not. It's a sort of gun metal grey (and about to be resprayed to match the rest of the training room!) The colour isn't explicit in the description and so probably an error on my part that I didn't check.
