0 gm sugar, 0 gm carbs, zero everything. 2-cal/tsp. Great on brussel sprouts. Not super thick, but thicker than plain balsamic since its a reduction. I don't ordinarily like stevia or thyme, but its not really noticeable. Good stuff!

Q: can I use this as balsamic dressing?

I guess you could. It’s thick. This is more of a glaze used on fish, meat, etc. I would probably look for recipe for sugar-free balsamic salad dressing and use balsamic vinegar to make it.
